We cut and pasted the contents of the spread to a new sheet and it still does it. We've "saved as" a different name and to a different folder and it still does it. Anything else I can try? Thanks! Solved MS Works "out of memory" printing error Posted on 2005-09-24 Software-Other 1 Verified Solution 10 Comments 8,084 Views Last Modified: 2012-06-27 I am using MS Works 2000 on a system with Windows 2000 Professional SP-4. Recently I installed an HP LaserJet 2840 All-in-One device, connected to the computer via USB. Since then, there has been a problem printing MS Works spreadsheets (.wks) and data bases (.wdb). The spreadsheets print OK after an "out of memory" error appears on the screen. Databases print garbage after the same error message is displayed. However, I also have a network printer (an HP DeskJet) which is associated with the same computer. It continues to print MS Works spreadsheets and databases just fine, with no error message. Any guidance would be appreciated. 0 Question by:ddantes Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google Best Solution byddantes I would like to close this question. I don't recall the model. Microsoft said it was an HP driver issue and suggested downloading newer drivers. None were available in this case and the problem was not resolved. However, I thought I would pass along.
