Out Of Office Outlook 2010 Not Working
is trying to use out of office though a local network connection with Outlook 2007 on Exchange 2007. anyone have any ideas? This one user, I turned off the OOF via the web site - and that solved that part of the problem. But I can't fix it on the clients machine. I've turned off caching to the OST, deleted the OST, deleted his mailbox settings https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/exchange/en-US/05082cb0-aefc-49da-a3bb-29e1bfc48441/your-out-of-office-settings-cannot-be-displayed-because-the-server-is-currently-unavailable-try?forum=exchangesvrclientslegacy on the local computer - and then re-created them. I don't believe steps 2-4 could be the issue, since all other users can get into the OOF wizard without any trouble. But step 1 has me stumped.Even though Exchange configured and setup the mailbox (and it configured in MAILBOX settings in Control Panel, as an Exchange mailbox) step 1 results display ONLY this info:Protocol: SMTPServer: mail.[companyname].comPort: 25Login Name: [username]SPA: YesAuthentication Required: YesThat's it. None of the settings as they appear in your example. He has no problems except with OOF - so all other tasks, email, calendars (and sharing) all seem to work just fine.Any ideas? Thanks!Shawn Thursday, April 02, 2009 2:54 PM Reply | Quote 1 Sign in to vote Did you ever find a fix for this? I am having the same problem. I couldnt get any solution to this problem. Thanks Rafiq Monday, February 08, 2010 8:49 AM Reply | Quote 1 Sign in to vote We have several users with this issue. The workaround that has "fixed" this for us is recreating the OS profile, so it has something to do with that. We have tried deleting the files found under C:\Docum

| February 19th, 2015 | general The error “Your Automatic replay setting cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable” usually occurs when AutoDiscover feature has not been published or configured and Outlook Anywhere has already been enabled. Check if AutoDiscoverhas been Configured or not using Test E-mail Autoconfiguration command At first run this command to check whether AutoDiscovery has been configured or not. Steps are described below to check the same. 1). Run the outlook and click on the notification area appearing in the bottom right corner of your screen. 2). Now click on the Outlook icon, holding CTRL button. 3). Now select Test Email AutoConfigration Fill the Email Address and password In the next window that will appear after click on the Test E-mail AUtoconfigration. Uncheck the option Use Guessmart. Now click on the Test Now check out the results. If you got unsuccessful results means AutoDiscovers is not configured for your email If you are getting the successful output, than the missing URL for the Out of Office (OOF) service is causing the problem In case of successful AutoDiscover, verify your Out of Office (OOF) URL After a successful AutoDiscover check for OOF URL whether it is correct or not. For that look in the result tab of Test Email AutoConfigration for OOF URL. Look for the protocol group as shown below: 1). Disable the protocol Exchange RPC and enable Exchange HTTP when you are using Outlook internally. 2). When you are using Outlook Externally then use protocol Exchange HTTP After that now log on to OWA via Internet Explorer. Now in the address bar type OOF URL. You will get an XML information or service page if OOF services are available for the URL that you have given You will get an error 403 if services are not available for your
