Check if AutoDiscoverhas been Configured or not using Test E-mail Autoconfiguration command At first run this command to check whether AutoDiscovery has been configured or not. Disable the protocol Exchange RPC and enable Exchange HTTP when you are using Outlook internally. 2). When you are using Outlook Externally then use protocol Exchange HTTP After that now log on to OWA via Internet Explorer. Now in the address bar type OOF URL. You will get an XML information or service page if OOF services are available for the URL that you have given You will get an error 403 if services are not available for your URL.
