I am getting out of for some of my clients using both Outlook 2003 and 2007, the server was rebooted whilst they where in outlook. I have already creted new profiles. deleted and setup mail accounts and i am still getting this error. Untick the “GuessSmart” checkboxes and run the test. What does this return? If you are having issues with Out of Office you may have to reset your EWS Virtual Directory on the exchange server or at least change the authentication options.
