range error Updated October 10, 2016 http://support.ecargo.co.nz/entries/20412518-Printer-index-out-of-range-error 22:40 'Printer index out of range' - Odd little error that occurs from time to time and not one that https://3dprintingsystems.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/171338-model-out-of-print-range we have found the ultimate fix for yet BUT .. Try the below: A) Has the user saved the job out of before trying to print? Helps. B) Try logging out of eCargo and then back in again. If a printer has been moved or adjusted sometime an instruction gets confused. C) Something that often works for one of our business managers out of range is: When it happens we get the user to go into their list of printers, right click and go into the properties, then click the ok button (you don't need to change anything) and try printing again. D) Shut down the PC and bring back up again. The printer configuration may need to be reset. Hopefully one of the above will solve the issue for you. If it doesn't please contact our help desk. of print range Modified on: Fri, 12 Sep, 2014 at 2:36 PM If you are getting the error model out of print range there are two possible causes. An issue with the model or the printer and/or software. Load the bunny.stl available from our website under Support Try printing the bunny, if it is successful the issue is with your model. Check the model for any 'dots' or other sections that shouldn't be there. An example is noise from a 3D scan in the far corner. If the bunny still gives the error Check that the Z-resolution under '3D Print' -> 'Setup' has a value Reset the platform height Last updated: Dale 5/12/13 Did you find it helpful?
