Bt Vision Error Code Vdr107
I have now called for the 4th time (via India) and been told that the order has still not been issued and I need to call another number 0800 800 900 in the morning. Come on BT, this can't be serious? Also, please note that your BT Vision technical helpline is not the correct number on your website - 0800 111 4567 this number I have been told is only for broadband, so please update your website!I somehow can see why Sky does so well - their customer support is second to none and they will do everything to get you setup right away. Still waiting for BT Vision but I may sign up for Sky as I'm running out of patience. I believe that the over the http://www.audlem.org/newsroom/thoughts-on-broadband-upgrade.html air update had done it’s business as it has added 5mins to some of the latest recordings and hasn’t’ been an issue. But yesterday the box got lost (again) and on a soft reboot wanted to update software. But it gets to bt vision 11% and fails ‘error… something is not a socket…’’’’ and says restart or re try. Both options and soft rebooting and turning power off do nothing and they get to 11% is h again and fail! Yet a gain I have this problem. Do you guys know any other way other than wiping my hard drive which I wont be very happy with before I tell Bt to take the dam thing back. Every update I get nothing but trouble. Thanks a lot kev. bt vision error wireeyes View Public Profile Find More Posts by wireeyes Please sign in or register to remove this advertisement. 16-10-2008, 18:20 #2 speckledhen Forum Member Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 767 Quote: Originally Posted by wireeyes Software update error again! I would try switching off the hub, then switching off the VBox, go off and put the kettle on, come back and switch on the hub, wait for all the lights to settle down whilst you make the tea and then finally switch the V box back on. speckledhen View Public Profile Find More Posts by speckledhen 16-10-2008, 19:26 #3 wireeyes Forum Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Posts: 59 Quote: Originally Po
