Then replace the aerial and try another scan. If this doesn't work then try these solutions. Bear in mind solution 3 will wipe all your recordings.http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/42451/c/348,1274,1274 Message 2 of 10 (2,438 Views) Posted from my mobile Reply Brigodoon Newbie Posts: 2 Registered: 03-07-2013 0 Re: Error code VFR104 Options Mark as New Bookmark Subscribe Subscribe to this message's RSS Feed Highlight this Message Print Email this Message to a Friend Report Inappropriate Content on 03-07-2013 8h20 Thanks,Ok, I'll try that when I get home from work, relating to the error, it appeared to have happened when we finished watching the White Queen on BBC iPlayer, i.e. when we tried to return to 'live' tv the system froze - I disconnected the power cable, the system started it's set-up sequence and as mentioned it failed to scan for channels. Maybe these incidents might be related?I'll try as suggested. Thanks again S
