I got a DRM1 playback error, bt vision error immediately followed by an error VCN800: "Ooops there's been an error, try again in a bit"Over the last ten days I've only watched recorded programmes and BBC iplayer which is working fine. However now I look, I see that none of the other channel catch-up services are working, as well as a few TV box sets and films I've tried - great!It was all working perfectly until this upgrade.....I've tried rebooting HH3 and the BT Vision box - and no joy. I can't find these error codes in the list on the website. I see from the forum someone tried these out for a DRM1 error:http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/42451/c/348- but not sure about the VCN800 error as I've not found mention of this yet - does anyone have any advice?Thanks!
