Guess what? OVER A MONTH later I still haven't got it resolved, having been round several email fault/resolution routes with the Forum Moderation Team on here. The call centre is always busy - I've phoned 5 times and have waited up to 30 mins to get an answer, but no one did. I've followed several online help screens, BT Speed https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Vision-box/ERROR-CODE-C03-Welcome-to-bleep/td-p/57395 Tests, Powerline Adapater Re-Boots etc and got absolutely nowhere. The Forum moderation guys are very pleasant, but the fault is still not fixed. I have asked them to log a formal complaint tonight. TONIGHT (!), it makes me really annoyed...I mean, I have a very busy job in the week, it's Saturday night and here I am at 10:50pm ranting on an internet forum. What a nightmare. There are a million and one other things I'd rather be doing...watching TV for example.Let us know how you get on. I will. ATTENTION BT - THERE ARE TOO MANY ERROR C03 CODES ON THIS FORUM. THIS IS CLEARLY NOT AN ISOLATED PROBLEM. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT? Message 1 of 2 (245 Views) Reply stuartrogerson Guru Posts: 5,041 Registered: 27-01-2010 0 Re: ERROR CODE C03? I must confess I have never had a problem getting through. Getting the right phone number for the right department can be a bit hit and miss I

As I type the box is attempting to do this. However, bt vision error it keeps sticking at the same part of the bar every time and comes up with the code VDR107. I have rebooted, pulled the power line, reset the homehub, switched all plugs off and I still gets this message. I have called the ever so 'helpful help' desk and I've been told it can take 24 hours despite the message on the screen saying 30 minutes in total. However, if it keeps displaying this error message how can the down load work?!Any ideas other than throwing the bt vision box through the nearest window. Now no tv can be watched and I'm paying for this delightful service. Solved! Go to Solution. When it freezes is it just a picture freeze or has the box frozen completely? i.e. does it still respond to the remote control? The VMC999 code is simply a warning that the box thinks it is not connected directly to your BT Home Hub via an Ethernet cable - it judges this based on the "ping" response time between the box and the Home Hub when the box starts up. It is not necessarily a problem in itself but may explain why you have picture break up on video for example. If you have good audio and video quality then you can safely ignore the VMC999 warning. You may see this warning with some Powerline adapters but find the video is actually OK. If you have video problems then check the connection between your BTHome Hub and your box. Is it a direct Ethernet cable or are you going via Powerline adapters, WiFi, network router or some other devices? A direct connection may solve a
