I notice that bt vision error code vmc011 other people having problems with this error code seem to be new users.BT has done a broadband upgrade in my area over the last few days. yesterday we had Error code V04 whilst trying to watch on demand but this morning its gone from bad to worse!!The box wouldnt start properly so did the usual reset as told to do so many times before by the helpdesk, and then i got the Error C03.The error suggested to bt vision error code yvm302 restart home hub and then if that didnt work call the helpdesk.I have spent 45 minutes on the phone to the helpdesk, lots of instructions (only repeating everything id already tried!) and then was told it would be escalated to the next level.I thought, great, im getting somewhere at last. After 2 minutes on hold i was told i would get a call back, brilliant!TOMORROW!Not great when you have 2 children on half term who want to watch tv and the programmes they had recorded!My home hub is working fine, powerline adapters are ok but no box Can anyone give me any tips on how to get this sorted any quicker??Im slightly worried about the number of people that have referred to them having 2 numbers? BT changed my telephone number last year and im now worried theyve upgraded and reconnected my service to the old number??Help!Many thanks Solved! Go to Solution. Guess what? OVER A MONTH bt vision error later I still haven't got it resolved, having been round several email fault/resolution routes with the Forum Moderation Team on here. The call centre is always busy - I've phoned 5 times and have waited up to 30 mins to get an answer, but no one did. I've followed several online help screens, BT Speed Tests, Powerline Adapater Re-Boots etc and got absolutely nowhere.The Forum moderation guys are very pleasant, but the fault is still not fixed. I have asked them to log a formal complaint tonight. TONIGHT (!), it makes me really annoyed...I mean, I have a very busy job in the week, it's Saturday night and here I am at 10:50pm ranting on an internet forum. What a nightmare.
