This morning however, I have been presented with a red cross on the screen (with no dots underneath it - as described in self-help).I've tried following all the online help, phoned the helpdesk, went through the same thing of trying to force reinstall the software onto the box but to no avail.Helpdesk haven't been really helpful - only to suggest trying reinstall every few hours or so.Internet working fine, speed is

fine, no fault with Powerlines, no fault with BT Hub 3 - tried swapping out ethernet cables etc. Tried everything that I could, but still the red cross. The box looks to try and download - the progress bar gets has far as just under a 1/4 through, when it resets itself, then the display on the front of the box does the following:• Record light is green;• Power button red/purple colour;• Remote control feedback light on box stays on (blue)Anyone able to suggest anything else I can do? Hi, As the image below shows, what this mean?: Reply With Quote 10-19-2014,03:00 AM #2 0 Piroman View Profile View Forum Posts Private Message Samaritan Join Date Sep 2014 Posts 138 It means that you have 2 or more stationary lights in close proximity. Solution to this problem is switching the lights to static mode and bt vision error leaving only one as stationary. This situation is caused by technical limitation, each stationary light reserve separate light map channel (at least this is the way i think about it), this enables it to change color and brightness without need to rebuild lighting unfortunately when multiple stationary lights overlap unreal is unable to do so. Lights marked with red cross are automatically switched to stationary mode you should do this by hand to remain good level look, mainly because stationary lights can cast dynamic shadows from dynamic objects like characters and physic. It is good idea to put them in key positions to take full benefit. So I have to use spot light instead. Dear btcomplaint.com I have read your blog with bemusement over the last 24 hours regarding the awful level of service people have received from BT, and thought you might be interested in my latest complaint, of which I have sent an email to Ian Livingston and Warren Buckley. The email follows…. Dear Sirs, Apologies that this has had to come to you, but I am writing to express my complete displeasure at the service I have received from BT over the past 2 weeks or so. I will attempt to keep it as brief as possible, as I am aware that you are busy people. I'm not entirely sure of dates before last week, but I have been told that you will have records of them. On approximately 21st March, I decided to return to BT after briefly considering Sky and Virgin for my TV and internet provider. BT Vision had served my needs very well up until this point, and my broadband download speeds had been nothing short of excellent. On the aforementioned date, I placed an order to have my BT line reconnected, and to take up a new broadband Option 3 and BT Vision Bronze package with yourselves. I was assured that this order was successful and that within 3 days I would have my line reconnected. After the 3 days had passed, I contacted BT to check on the order and was told that the order had not been placed, and that there was no record of it having been placed and that I would have to reorder and that it would take another 3 days for the line to be connected. The order number for the second attempt was VOL011-3107 *******. I received my new BT Home Hub 2 approximately a week later, and the Broadband service was resumed with no problems whatsoe
