Is this because I am coming up to the end of my contract or am I being cynical?? I can watch i-player and all internet and phone working ok. I have re-started the hub about 20 times but nothing works. Any ideas? This usually happens when the broadband line retrains or drops a connection. A simple hub reboot or hub and stb reboot will clear this problem." I came home today to find the BT stuff installed, and just couldn't believe the totally crap quality of the TV package. Total and utter shite of the highest order. No HD channels, and the picture quality is no better than I'd get from a £10 set top box from Asda, and they're charging £12.50 a month. The wife has now been on the phone with about 5 different people for over an hour trying to get it sorted. When I looked at the back of the set top box I couldn't believe that it was hooked up with a scart cable! Fuck me it's 2012 and they're using Scart. What the fuck is going on. I fucking hate Sky with a passion, and would never subscribe for their football, but compared to BT Vision, they are fucking light years ahead. BT are fucking shite. malg, 4 May 2012 #1 Anonymous my sky's shit, always get "limited connection" every half a fucking hour. so have to go downstairs and switch it on and off again. fucking sky wankers.
