I pay £6 per month to subscribe to music videos and they always show as "free" but won't play! I have spent hours on the phone to the "Back Office" who have been very helpful BUT always suggest the same things, such as unplugging the BT box, then the Home Hub, reconnecting Home Hub then bt vision vo4 BT box. One example of videos which will not play is Daft Punk - Around The World. This problem could be confined to the south of England, because the BT Vision team in Newcastle don't seem to have the same problem. Has anyone had similar problems please? brian39 View Public Profile Find More Posts by brian39 Please sign in or register to remove this advertisement. 16-04-2007, 19:55 #2 Storm_Force Forum Member Join Date: Jul 2004 Posts: 86 I had exactly the same problem with specific videos. No matter how many reboots I did or when ever I tried they woudn't work. I gave them a call, it took a few days for them to sort it out. The never actually rang me to explain what was wrong, but I did make it clear the problem was not my end. All working ok now but I am getting similar problem with grand designs on 4od.
