properly. I have the appropriate certificate installed/configured. I have ports 1494, 80, 443 & 2598 from my VIP for Access Gateway open to both DDC - what could I be missing here? STAs on StoreFront don't match the STAs on the NetScaler Gateway. Firewall is blocking TCP 1494 and TCP 2598 from the NetScaler SNIP (not the VIP) to every internal VDA. StoreFront did not recognize it as a Gateway connection and is giving out the internal IP of the VDA instead of the gateway address. You can look in the ICA file to make sure it's trying to use the Gateway:http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX115304 1316-347286-1794356 Back to top Lou Harley Members #3 Lou Harley 11 posts Posted 23 January 2014 - 05:04 PM Thanks for the reply - I was not aware that 2598 and 1494 needed to be open to all VDA's on the Win7 machines, they certainly aren't listening on those ports, only on 80. Cannot obtain the launch.ica file as this is StoreFront. I do ha

generic network error code indicating that the connection to your Citrix environment has failed. There is a very simple fix for this error code. The steps are as followed: Click on Start > Run Browse to CMD http://adaptivesolutions.com/blog/2015/12/18/citrix-fix-failed-with-status-code-1030/ to open the command prompt Type ipconfig/flushdns > enter Log on to Citrix again When you flush the DNS you are removing any old DNS entries on the target and the Delivery Controller. Basically you are clearing the DNS Cache. According to Citrix: The Cause of this problem is explained as “It was observed that the launch.ica file for the XenDesktop session appeared to contain a non-routable address, it was confirmed that the address belongs citrix xenapp to a secondary NIC on XenDesktop virtual machine that is used for streaming the image using Citrix Provisioning Services. This happened because the secondary NIC with a private address on the provisioned target machine was registered with the DNS server.” About the Author Latest PostsAbout Marissa SchultzCITRIX FIX: Failed with Status Code 1030 - December 18, 2015Filing Emails to FileSite - September 14, 2015FileSite Folder View Error - “There are no items citrix xenapp error to show in this view” - August 3, 2015 Related Network Support, Service Desk citrix, help desk Bookmark Previous Article 2016 Philadelphia Children's Alliance Bear Affair Next Article The Death of Windows Server 2003 and SQL 2005 - What’s your plan of attack?
