One of my users is getting this error when trying to log in to Citrix via their thin client. Citrix XenApp license acquisition error from servername server. All licenses are currently in use. Please try again later. If this issue persists, contact your system administrator to acquire additional licenses. On the servers, "Citrix Xeanpp License Acquisition Error (-4)" is what appears. Now, the odd part is I am able to log in as that user from my Windows 8.1 machine. I am able to log in as that user from a different thin client at our office. My user is able to log in to a thin client with their credentials from a different thin client

Do keep in mind that the host name is case sensitive. And also, do keep in mind that
