When we use the Web Interface and the XenApp Web Plug-in to connect, we are successful, however whenever we attempt to authenticate with the XenApp client (formerly known as Program Neighborhood Agent) we get the following error:"citrix xenapp" "the credentials supplied were invalid. Logoff the pnagent and then log back in and see if you still get the same problem.2. Users citrix xenapp of the citrix online plugin and users of my igel thin clients can't change there password at login when they have expired or set to change at first login. They are configured to go to the services site PNAgent. and the auth method there is set to prompt (default) with the password change options selected.
