However, I am unable to run the executable unless I call it from the same directory in which it resides. For example, I might try the following code in MATLAB, where “compiled” is a subdirectory of D:\Applications\MATLABR14\work\temp:mcc -d compiled -m tempfile !D:\Applications\MATLABR14\work\temp\compiled\tempfile.exe However, this results in the following error: Cannot find the directory containing the 'tempfile' component, which is required by this application. Make sure the directory containing 'tempfile.ctf' is on your dynamic load library path (PATH on Windows, or LD_LIBRARY_PATH on Linux, for example), or your application search path (PATH on both Windows and Linux). I also see the following error: Fatal error loading library C:\MATLAB Component Runtime\v74\bin\win32\mclmcr.dll Error: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.A runtime profile in Dependency Walker shows that MSVCR80.DLL, a dependency of the executable is not found on my computer. I have noticed that this only happens on a deployment machine, and the executable can be successfully called on my development machine. 0 Comments Show all comments Tags msvsvisualstudio8.0crashmemorymsvcr80.dllmsvcr80side-by-sideerrorerrorsx-by-xx-xwinsxsservicepackredistvcredistmsvcp80.dllmsvcm80.dll2008 Products MATLAB Compiler Related Content 1 Answer MathWorks Support Team (view profile) 13,596 questions 13,596 answers 13,595 accepted answers Reputation: 2,578 Vote0 Link Direct link t
a MatLab executable ES.exe from ArcMap. We get the following error message: "Cannot find the directory containing the extract_spectrum component, which is required by this application. Keeping the CTF file when with using embedded CTF Hi, This sounds like a silly question. I am using embedded CTF when using the Deploytool to build a .Net assembly and with this setting, the tool deletes the CTF file after building. I have written a extraction program to extract the .ctf file from the .Net assembly (extractCTF.exe does not do this). But it would be nice to be able to retain the .ctf as this will make life easier in building a .net assembly with meaningful version number without using an external build process. The tool left behind all the .cs files except the the .ctf. Jack 3. Why does the invoke node give an error when in an executable? 4.
