Load is showing 20000 and I am getting event id 9017 "This computer running Citrix XenApp will now stop accepting connections. This server is no longer in or could not enter a licensing grace period"I can ping and telnet (port 27000) the license server from this XA server and I have tried removing and readding from farm using XenApp Role Manager. I have also confirmed successful connection to license server using XenApp Role Manager Edit Licensing function.Checking the license server and I the XA server (host) has not picked up a Citrix Startup License.This XA server has exceeded it's RDS license grace period. After creating the cluster service, it reports me the following error and warning, Warning Event ID citrix xenapp – 1579 Cluster network name resource 'Cluster Name' failed to update the DNS record for name 'MyCluster' over adapter 'PRO'. The error code was 'DNS bad key. (9017)'. After some searching I found out that this problem can occur when I use a third-party server application for DNS resolution. But I could not apply the fix. We are using an INFOBLOX appliance for DNS resolution. DNS resolution is working and SRV records are created. On one of the two clusternodes I get warning 1579 and error 1196 every 15 minutes. Afterlooking around on the internet and technet,I found kb 977158 stating the problem and resolution. However this hotfix is not applicabel on Windows 2008 R2 SP1 . How can I resolve these annoying events?
