Licensing error - metaframe error 9026 Started by ANTHONY SOROUDI , 15 December 2013 - 02:56 PM Login to Reply Page 1 of 2 1 2 22 replies to this topic ANTHONY SOROUDI Members #1 ANTHONY SOROUDI 60 posts Posted 15 December 2013 - 02:56 PM On our Windows server 2012 VDA's, we are getting the following error in event viewer: Licensing error - metaframe error 9026 Error %1 received while obtaining a license for a Citrix XenApp client connection. A grace license has been granted. We have 70 concurrent user license & it shows that 35 or 70 is being used up, however, we still get the above error. Last I checked, I think this was a bug for the past few years & the message can be ignored. Is that still the case? Why doesn't Citrix fix this? A 2nd question is, with 70 concurrent licenses, what happens when user 71 & 72 try to log in. Do they simply get blocked, or do they receive a temporary grace period license? Thx Xendesktop 7.1 app edition Storefront 2.1 Windows Server 2012 for both of the above & all VDA's Citrix Receiver for Windows 4.1 on Windows 7 Published applications only 1316-345970-1788421 Back to top ANTHONY SOROUDI Members #2 ANTHONY SOROUDI 60 posts Posted 18 December 2013 - 05:32 PM Any help would be appreciated.
