Laban Milyard Members #1 Laban Milyard 6 posts Posted 17 June 2015 - 07:29 PM Just finished an installation of Xenapp 7.6 with Netscaler 10.5. I am able to login and am presented with a list of apps. However, when I try to launch an app I get "Cannot connect to the Citrix Xenapp Server. Protocol Driver Error." I do have an old citrix xenapp server 6.5 running in production completely seperate and in order to get everything to work without breaking ssl I have the new Citrix Netscaler external IP mapped in my hosts file. Is it possible that it's somehow trying to connect to the old server? Netscaler and Storefront are using 2 different FQDNs. StoreFront is using a self signed certificate. Netscaler is using a third party certificate. Apps launch fine internally when connected directly to the store URL. I'm pretty new
