Replacing a faulty power supply, power distribution board or system board resolves the problem. The Issue Error code E0876 displays the message "POWER PS n" on the LCD screen beneath the bezel indicator of the PowerEdge dell poweredge 4600. This indicates that there is an issue with the power source that provides power for the server. Checking the Power Supplies The error might occur because of a faulty power supply. The server normally requires three power supplies to function. Check that the cables are secured to each power supply and that the power supplies are properly installed. If this does not resolve the issue, test each power supply and dell poweredge 4600 replace those that are faulty. Replacing the Power Distribution Board If replacing the power supply does not resolve the error, swap out the power distribution board connected to the server on the system chassis.
