Check PSU cables." is displayed on front LCD.Your server is working with PSU in redundancy. Firstly dell poweredge e1614 error check that PSU are still well plugged to power supply.Then check the led behind the PSU, one of them should be amber (amber = fault, green= ok )You need to know if issue is related to the PSU itself or the slot, to diag this you have to shutdown server and swap the PSU. If error remains on the slot, replace Power Distribution Unit (PDB) and or Motherboard. If error follow the PSU, replace only the PSU. That's it!
