If I plug it in after Windows boots it will crash upon heavy transfer. If I plug the drive in before turning the server on, it seems to work fine. This could be coincidental I have only done this about 8 times. Prime95 torture test is running great and no crashes. I would think this would cause a pretty quick hardware problems. So drivers? USB?
