The "i" button works; it will change from solid amber to blinking blue. Does this mean the front panel was disabled r610 memory configuration in BIOS? Have you rebooted the server? Does it work okay, otherwise? Have you logged into it and reviewed the event logs? Do you have Dell Open Manage Server Administrator installed? 0 Jalapeno OP darin h Apr 6, 2015 at 4:47 UTC Does the system boot up? 0 Serrano OP skalnik Apr 6, 2015 at 4:56 UTC Server is up and cannot be rebooted any time soon. Edmonton, AB Posts: 2,302 My System Specs Dell Diagnostic/Error Codes I noticed that there is a e1410 system fatal error detected dell sticky with the standard beep codes and thought that maybe I should post this. The following is a list of what the error codes dell poweredge r610 hard drives generated by the Dell 32bit Diags mean. These are the diags that are loaded by default onto most Dell machines. Now this is not going to list every error possible, but you can usually tell what your error may mean https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/880864-dell-r610-front-panel-stuck-on-error-1 by looking at this list. I am also including the error codes that are generated by the Dell 90/90 diags as well. They are basically just a quick hard drive diag built into the BIOS on most Dells. I hope that people can find it useful. 90-90 Error Code Description 0 The previous self test routine complete without error or no self test has never been run 1 The self test routine was aborted by the host 2 The self test http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/troubleshooting/9094-dell-diagnostic-error-codes.html routine was interrupted by the host with a hard or soft reset 3 A fatal error or unknown test error occurred while device was executing its self test routine and the device was unable to complete the self test routine 4 The previous self test completed having a test element that failed and the test element that failed is not known 5 The previous self test completed having the electrical element of the test failed 6 The previous self test completed having the servo (and/or seek) test element of the test failed 7 The previous self test completed having the read element of the test failed __________________ "Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong." #2 (permalink) August 4, 2008, 11:23 AM ipaine Hall Of Fame Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: Edmonton, AB Posts: 2,302 My System Specs Whoops, that was just the 90/90 codes.
