The same error is encountered when creating a new archive and attempting to archive documents to it. Cause A corrupted archive profile document Resolving the problem Delete and recreate the Archive profile document as shown: 1. In the mail file, go to the Inbox view and select select Create --> Agent. Note: Above step will launch the IBM Domino Designer client. 2. In IBM Domino Designer, in the agent dialog box, name the agent (ex. Delete Archive Profile) 3. Make sure that "Type:" is set to Lotus Script and that "Application:" contains the name of the mailfile. 4. Click on OK to Close the dialog box. Select and highlight Initialize from the Objects Tab> dropdown list (shown below). 5. Paste the following code in between Sub Initialize and Initialize (shown below).
