Resolving the problem The DaysOut_1 field is a 'Computed for Display' field, http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21087417 calculated based on the Leaving and Returning dates you have entered. In order to resolve this issue the database administrator or application developer should try the following steps: 1. Open the database in Domino Designer, and make sure that the formula for the 'DaysOut_1' field in the '(Out Of Office Profile)' has not been altered. The field is found on the form's 'Special Message' tab and should read as follows: @If(FirstDayOut = "" | FirstDayBack = ""; ""; "I will be out of the office starting " + @Text(FirstDayOut) + " and will be returning on " + @Text(FirstDayBack) + ".") 2. Create a LotusScript agent in the mail file to delete the Out Of Office profile document. The agent should be designed as a 'Run Once' agent and contain the following code in the Initialize event of the agent: Dim session As New notessession Dim doc As notesdocument Set doc=session.currentdatabase.getprofiledocument("OutofOfficeProfile") If Not doc.isnewnote Then Call doc.remove(True) Cross reference information Segment Product Component Platform Version Edition Messaging Applications Lotus End of Support Products Lotus Domino Designer 6.5, 6.0, 5.0 Product Alias/Synonym Lotus Notes Client Document information More support for: Lotus End of Support Products Lotus Notes Software version: 5.0, 6.0, 6.5 Operating system(s):
