Final Cut Pro Not Opening
3 posts Gender:Male Location:Germany Hello Community, Yesterday the following problem appeared: Final Cut Pro X crashes randomly when importing media or editing projects. System Information: Mobo: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Proc: Intel i5 3570k Graphic: ASUS GTX 560 DirectCU II OC OS: Mac OS Yosemite - 10.10.3 Software: Final Cut Pro X 10.2.1 Drivers: Nvidia Nvidia Web Driver - 346.01.02f04 final cut pro keeps crashing mac - Set to use OSX Drivers in nVidia Control Panel System Definition: MacPro5,1 I attached the crash files which contain sometimes different errors but always an Graphics Card error. I selected four of them for all of the following scenarios. I had the nVidia Web Drivers installed and uninstalled them for a test, but the crashes where still there. I then switched to the nVidia Web Drivers usage from OSX native in the nVidia control panel, but the error was there again. Switching from my iMac System Definition to the MacPro5,1 Definition has not resolved the problem. After that I decided to update my Final Cut Pro X from 10.2 to 10.2.1 but no changes at all. As of today i reinstalled my Sapphire HD 5670 ATI card, but the problem still persists. Not so often, but it already happened again 30 Minutes ago. Some Help would be great, so I can continue editing the Videos Thanks for any Help Yesterday, nVidia, FCPX 10.2,with OSX native Drivers Final Cut Pro_2015-06-27-235548_Steffens-Mac-Pro.crash.txt 117.25KB 6 downloads Today, nVidia, FCPX 10.2,wi

I am possibly experiencing a kernel panic with Mac OS X 10.6.8 running Final Cut Pro X. It seems like every time I work with this program, my computer crashes and completely locks out. Display goes out and keyboard is unresponsive. Therefore I do not know if there is a kernel panic message that pops up or not. Either way, my computer is crashing and I do not know why this is happening! I have done hardware tests and my computer's hardware test (from startup) says the hardware is okay and the RAM (2 4GB slots) status is OK as well. The thread that may be problematic is WindowServer as described in my error reports. This does not always happen solely with Final Cut Pro X. Sometimes it will crash while I am simply on the internet or listening to music in iTunes. If anybody has any ideas as to what is going on, please help me! Thank you! Gtx 550 Now I've done a clean install and used migrate assistant from my old mavericks disk, the machine locks up a lot and I get the "graphics final cut error has occurred". BS This normally isn't a problem but ever time I try to export from Final Cut Pro it quits and gives me that crappy error. I have spent the last 3 days making this project only to find out that the BLODDY thing won't export :/ I've made a new account and the system runs OK (not so many errors) BUT fcp still quits whilst exporting Ever since I did migration from my old disk the system final cut pro had been running funny, first boot (before transferring files) the system ran perfect but it's been getting worse and worse. Boot has gone from 15 seconds on apple screen to 10 minutes. I've rolled back (can't remember the name) a kext that was causing 3 hour boots Any normal situation is just format and start again but I have 3 days of work sitting here and a deadline to get it out by... Edit: Ok so I just sat here and clicked ignore every 3 minutes while exporting got to 98% and the screen goes all black :/ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
