nicoledaas@gmail.com, Oct 5, 2005. Guest Hi Everyone, Problems again. Thanks for all of you who responded to my last dilemma. Using Final Cut Pro HD, I saved my project and tried to reopen it and it won't open; gives me a "General Error 41" message. I saved a copy to the desktop and it wouldn't open either. I tried restarting, using 400 firewire and 800 firewire and nothing. Anyone know of a solution? Thanks and appreciation ahead of time. Have you tried re-installing https://discussions.apple.com/thread/760549?start=0&tstart=0 the FCP software? Other than that try taking the project to another FCP (same versin) and see if that works. If not what about the autosave vault. Or previous saved versions? You do save a new version start of every day as a backup so go back and see if they work. Hope you get it open one way or another. <> wrote in message news:... > Hi Everyone, > > Problems http://www.photography-forums.com/threads/final-cut-pro-hd-general-error-41-unable-to-open-file.57003/ again.
